This Indenture made the fifth day of
June in the year one thousand eight hundred
and fifty six between Ozias Budington of
Duval County State of Florida assignee of W.
S. Olmsted of the first part and George L.
Brown of Newnansville State of Florida of the
Second part. Witnesseth That the said Ozias
Budington assignee of W.S. Olmsted for and in
consideration of two hundred and forty six dol-
lars, lawful money of the United States to him
in hand paid by the said George L. Brown
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted bargained and sold and by these
presents do grant bargain and sell, convey
and confirm unto the said George L. Brown
his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
for ever all and singular that certain piece
or parcel of land situate in the County of
Alachua State of Florida, that part of the South
East quarter of Section three (3) Township Eight
(8) South Range Eighteen East lying South
of the road hading from Newnansville to Alli-
gator, called the Bellamy road containing
One hundred acres more or less, Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and the
reversions and remainders, rents, issues and
profits thereof, and all the estate title and in-
terest of the said Ozias Budington assignee of
W.S. Olmsted to the said premises or any part
thereof
       In witness whereof I have set my hand
and seal this fifth day of June One thou-
sand eight hundred and fifty six

acknowledged the within Indenture to be his act
and deed for the purposes therein mentioned
