the date hereof as appears by his certain
bond or writing obligatory bearing even date
with these presents  Now for the better
securing to the said party of the second part
the payment of the said bond or writing ob-
ligatory according to the true intent and mean
ing of the same, as also in consideration of the
sum of Ten (10) dollars by the said party of the
second part in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the said party of the first part hath bargained
sold and delivered and by these presents, doth
bargain sell and deliver unto the said party
of the second part the following real estate
of and belonging to the said party of the
first part. To Wit: One certain tract
of land containing about two hundred and
forty acres, situate in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and known and described in
the land office at Newnansville Florida, as the
South East quarter of North West quarter of Section
thirty five in Township Seven south of Range
No nineteen East containing forty & 2/100 acres
and south East quarter of North East quarter
of section thirty four, and south west quarter
of North West quarter of section thirty five
in Township seven south of Range nineteen
East, containing eighty & 4/100 acres, and South
west quarter of North East quarter of section
thirty four in Township No seven south of
Range No nineteen East containing forty & 2/100
acres and North west quarter of the North East
quarter of section thirty four in township NO
seven south of Range No Nineteen East, and
North East quarter of North East quarter of sec-
tion No thirty four in Township No seven south
of Range Nineteen East containing Forty and
2/100 acres:  Also one other certain tract of
land or parcel of land situate in the town
of Newnansville Alachua County Florida
and described as follows as per deed of
Elijah Barrow and Melinda Barrow his wife
to David J. Ridaught and recorded in
the Clerks office of the County and State afore
said (page 7 & 8 Book 3 Jany Ninth AD 1855)
as follows, "Beginning at the south east
" corner of the two center streets (in the town
" aforesaid) running south fronting one of
" the center streets, seventy five feet, thence
" East seventy five feet, thence west seventy
" five feet and fronting the other center street
" to the place of beginning"  But better known
