as the North West (quarter or) corner of Block
No four (4) of Range No 3, Together
with all and singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging to
the above described real Estate, the reversion
and reversions, rents issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title
interest claim and demand of the said
party of the first part of in and to the
same and every part or parcel thereof with
the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the said hereby
granted premises and property unto the said
George L. Brown party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever
Provided always nevertheless, and these
presents are upon this express condition
that if the said party of the first part
his executors administrators or any of
them, shall well and truly pay or cause
to be paid unto the said party of the
second part, his certain attorney, exec-
utors administrators or assigns, the said
sum of money mentioned in the condition
of the said bond, or writing obligatory with
the interest thereon, and at the time men-
tioned, and according to the true intent and
meaning of the said bond, and the condition
thereof, then as well this present Indenture
as the Estate hereby conveyed shall cease
and determine and be null and void
Else to be in full force and virtue
