Alachua County   } Know all men by these pres-
ents that I George W. Boston Judge of Probate
in and for said County for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifty Dollars to me in hand paid
by Benjamin W. Powell the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold released
conveyed and confirmed unto the said Benjamin
W. Powell his heirs and assigns Block No 7 Range 8
& Block No 6 Range 4 in the Town of Gainesville in
said County, and I the said Judge of Probate in
and for said County will and do warrant said lots
of land to the said Benjamin W. Powell his heirs
and assigns

Henry Bradford, who being duly sworn says that
George W. Boston Judge &c acknowledged before
him that he signed the foregoing deed for the
purposes therein mentioned

This Indenture made the nineteenth of April A.D. One thousand
eighteen hundred and fifty five between Simeon J. Sanchez and
Mary Sanchez his wife, and Gabriel S. Sanchez of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and
Lemuel Wilson of the same place party of the second part, --
Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and consideration
of the sum of one thousand five hundred dollars, lawful money
of the United States of America, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and
the said party of the second part, his heirs Executors and administrators
forever released and discharged from the same, by these presents
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed,
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell alien
remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns forever all these certain tracts
or parcels of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State aforesaid and known of the official
