This Indenture made the eight day of January in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five,
Between James Kinnard of the County of Alachua and State
Of Florida, and Mary E. his wife, parties of the first part and
Wilbure Cumba at the same place, party of the second
part, Witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars lawful
money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipts whereof, is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained, Sale, aliened, remised, release, conveyed, and
confirmed; and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien
remise, release, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns for ever, all that certain
tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County
and State aforsaid, known and described as follows, to wit,
