          I Thomas J. Prevatt of the late firm of Thomas J. Prevatt
          and Charles L. Wilson, Merchants doing business under  the
          name and style of T.J. Prevatt & Co. for and in consideration
          of an assignment of all the debts and assets of the late firm
          of T.J. Prevatt & Co. made by Charles L. Wilson at and
          before the signing and delivery of these presents the execu-
          tion whereof is hereby acknowledged , have acquited, and
          forever discharged, and do by these presents acquit, and for
          ever discharge the said Charles L. Wilson, his heirs 
          Executers, Administraters and assigns forever the payment
          of all and any demands, debts and liabilities that may
          now exist, or hereafter accrue against the firm of T.J.
