Duval County    }  This Indenture made the first day of
May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
fifty four. Between Catharine A. Sadler, widow of Henry
R. Sadler late of Said County Deceased, party of the first part,
and Edward Haile of the State of South Carolina party of 
the Second Part, Witnesseth, Whereas the Said Catherine
A. Sadler is entitled to an undivided interest, which said
undivided interest is equal to one fourth in and to a certain
tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida, known as the Rocky point
or McIntosh tract containing fifteen hundred acres more 
or less Situated upon, and in the vicinity of Paynes Prairie,
originally granted to George I.F. Clark, being part of a
grant of twenty Six thousand acres, made in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventeen, and
conveyed by the Said George I.F. Clark to Betton A. Capp
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
twenty three, and subsequently conveyed by the said Betten
A. Capp to John H. McIntosh Senior deceased, the
Father of the Said party of the first part Said tract or
parcel of land being bounded on the North by lands
owned at the date of this Indenture, or recently by the Estates
of Duncan L. Clinch and John Y. Garey, on the South by
Section thirty one in the Arredonda Grant, owned by B.A.
Putnam, and also by Section thirty Six in the Said Arredonda
Grant, owner thereof unknown, and on the west by lands at
the date of this Indenture, or recently owned by the said
George I.F. Clark, the said tract or parcel of land
herein conveyed lying in Township ten South of Range nineteen
and twenty in the said Arredonda grant, Now this Inden
=ture witnesseth that the said Catherine A. Sadler party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
four thousand five hundred dollars to her in hand
paid, by the Said Edward Haile party of the Second part,
at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, transfered, assigned
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release, transfer, assign,
convey and confirm, unto the Said Edward Haile, the
Said tract or parcel of land hereinbefore mentioned, and
described, together with all and Singular the Houses, out
Houses, buildings, Barns, ways, woods, waters water
courses, rights, libertys, privileges, hereditaments, and appur
=tenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise
appertaining, and the remainder and remainders, reversion
and reversions, rents, uses, and profits thereof, and also the
estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim,
and demand whatsoever both at law and Equity or otherwise
howsoever of the Said party of the first part, of, in to
