To hold the Said tract or parcel of land with the tenements,
hereditaments and premises hereby granted, and conveyed, or mentioned, or
intended So to be, with the appurtenances as aforesaid, unto him the
Said Edward Haile, his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns
to his and their only proper use, benefit and behoof for ever,
And the Said Catherine A. Sadler for her Self, her
heirs, executors, Administrators and assigns, Shall,
and lawfully may from time to time, and at all times hereafter
peaceably and quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess
and enjoy the Said tract or parcel of land, with the
tenements, hereditaments and premises only granted
or mentioned, or intended so to be, with the appurtenances
as aforesaid, without the let, hindrance, or molestation
of her the Said Catherine A. Sadler, her heirs, Executors,
Administrators or assigns, or of any other person or persons,
whatsoever, by, or with her, their or other of their
act, means, consent, privately procurement
And further that the Said Catherine A. Sadler her heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns, and all and every other person
or persons, lawfully claiming or to claim by through or under her
them, or any of them, Shall and will from time to time and
at all times hereafter upon the reasonable request of the said
Edward Haile, his heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns,
make and execute, or cause, or procure to be made, done, and
executed, all and every Such further and other lawful and reasonable
act or acts, Deed or Deeds, whatsoever for the further better
and more perfect and absolute assurance, and confirmation of
the Said tract or parcel of land, tenements, hereditaments, and
premises hereby granted, or mentioned, or intended So to be, with the
appurtenances as aforesaid, unto him the Said Edward Haile, his
heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns, as by him, or them,
Shall be reasonably required. And the Said Catherine A. Sadler 
for her Self, her heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns, doth
further covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said Edward
Haile, his heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns, by
these presents that She the Said Catherine A. Sadler her
heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns, the above
mentioned and described tract or parcel of land, with the
tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances as aforesaid
unto him the Said Edward Haile, his heirs, Executors,
administrators and assigns, against her the Said Catherine
A. Sadler, her heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns
and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim by through or under her or
them or any of them, Shall and will forever warrant and
defend by these presents. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set
