and Sell, mortgage, or other wise dispose of any or all of the aforesaid
property, reinvesting, and preserving the proceeds hereunto except
So much as may be necessary to pay off any debts or liabilities
now existing against the Said Lucy B. or of the estate from
whence the She derives the Same, which requests may be made
out of the proceeds of Such Sale subject to the Same uses
and trusts and for the Same purposes, as and hereinbefore
expressed, and power is hereby given by the Said John T.
Rowland to the Said James O. Screven, and by the Said James
O. Screven to the Said John T. Rowland if either of them
Should be absent when any conveyance is necessary to be made,
to convey any part of the property as aforesaid, to Sign
the name of the trustee so absent, as aforesaid, So as fully to
convey the legal estate therein, the Said absent Trustee whoes
name is thus Signed however not to be liable to any of the
Cestiu que for any act thus done, this provision being inserted
in order that no dificently may occur in making such titles,
