Randolph County } This Indenture made this
twenty forth day of June Eighteen hundred
and fifty Six Between Aaron Ethridge of the State
and County aforesaid of the one part And Noble
A. Strobhar of the County of Alachua State of Florid
of the other part, Witnesseth that the Said Aaron
Ethridge party of the first part for and in con-
Sideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars
good and lawful money to him in hand well
and truly paid by the Said Noble A. Strobhar as
aforesaid party of the Second part, hath granted
bargained Sould aliened conveyed and confirmed
any by these pesents doth grant, bargain Sell,
alien convey and confirm unto the Said par
ty of the Second part all that tract or parcel of land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alach-
ua State of Florida Known by the U.S. Survey
as the east half of the north East quater of Section
Eleven (11) of Township No (7) Seven South of Range
No (18) Eighteen East containing in all Eighty
acres To have and to hold unto the party of the
second part as aforesaid the above described parcel
of Land together with all and Singular the
improvements thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining, and I the Said Aaron Ethridge
as aforesaid party of the first part for myself my
heirs Executors administrators and assigns unto the
Said Noble A. Strobhar aforesaid party of the
Second part, his Executors Administrators and assigns
will warrant and defend forever against the
Claim of all and every person or persons Claiming
by through or under me In witness whereof I,
have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal
