that I Andrew Robb Judge of Probate in and for
Said State and County for and in consideration
of the Sum of Seventy dollars lawful money
of the United States of America paid by A.A. Ma-
ulden to James B. Bailey Treasurer of Said
County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have bargained Sold released conveyed
and confirmed unto A.A. Maulden his heirs
and assigns the following lot of land in the
Town of Gainesville Block 2, Range 7,
And I the Said Robb by Virtue of the power
vested in me as such Judge of Probate for
my-self as Such Judge and for my Successors
in office do and will by these presents forever
warrant and defend the premises aforesaid
