Alachua County   } This Indenture made
this 2th day of July in the year of our Lord
1856 between William May and Nancy May
his wife of the State of Florida County of Al-
achua parties of the first part and Andrew Robb
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the Second part. Witnesseth that the Said parties
of the first part for and in consideration of the
Sum of one hundred and fourteen dollars and
twenty eight cts lawful money of the United
State of America to him in hand paid at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these pesents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have gr-
anted bargained Sould aliened remised releas
ed enfeoffed conveyed and confirmed and by these
pesents do grant bargain Sell alien remise re
lease enfeoff convey and confirm unto the Sai
d party of the Second part, all that certain lot parcel
or tract of land and pemises Situate lying and being
in the County of Alachua in Said State of Florida
beginning at a light wood poast at 25 chains and 25
links, East of the north west corner of Section 6, Town
Ship 10 South of Range 19 East thence and north
with the old fence on a line to Rattle Shake Branch
Thence eastwardly along Said branch mean
dering the Same until it Strikes the South bou
ndary of Section 31 Township 9, South Range 19 the
*** due west west along the line of Section 6 Town
ship 10 South of Range 19 East to the place of
beginning containing twenty Eight acres and the
two hundredths part of an acre more or less
together with all and Singular the tenaments
hereditaments rights members priveleges and
appertainances to the Same belonging or in
any wise connected, and the reversion & rever
sions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and all the estate right title
interest dower and right of dower property
possession claim and demand whatsoever
of the parties of the first part either at law or
in Equity of in and to the Said lot or parcel
