Alachua County   } This Indenture made the
Seventh day of April in the year of Our Lord
One thousand Eight hundred and fifty Seven be-
tween P. Henry Young of the State and County
aforesaid of the first part, and James Young
also of the aforesaid State and County of the
Second part. Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first
part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of One thousand
one hundred and Sixty Six $1166 50/100 Dollars and fifty cts
to him in hand paid at and before the delivery of
these pesants by the Said party of the first part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained
and Sould and by these pesents doth bargain and Sell,
unto the Said party of the second part, and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract
or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in
Said County of Alachua Known as the North
half of Section No 10 Township 11 Range 11 of the
Arradondo Grant, Containing three hundred
and Eighteen acres (318) more or less Together with
all and Singular the hereditaments and apper-
tainances there unto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof; and also all the Estate right title
interest and claim or demand whatsoever of
him the Said party of the first part either in Law
or Equity of in and to the above bargained pem
ises and every part and parcel thereof To have and
to hold to the Said party of the Second part, his heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns to the sole
and only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said party of the second part, his heirs Executors Ad
ministrators and assigns forever In Witness where
of the Said party of the first part, has hereunto
Set his hand and affixed his Seal this the day &
date aforesaid
