This Indenture made this the forteenth day
of February AD one thousand eight hundred
and fifty Seven between Lemuel Wilson
Administrator of Henry C. Wilson deceased late
of Alachua County and the State of Florida of the
first part and Ozias Budington of the County
of Deval, and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth: That the Said party of the first part
by virtue of an order of the Honorable Judge
of Probate for the County of Alachua and State
aforesaid to sell the real Estate of Henry C. Wilson
deceased, late of Said County which said order is
granted on the eighth day of November, 1854 for
and in consideration of the Sum of Sixteen hun
dred dollars to me in hand paid at and before
the ensealing and delivery of these pesents by the
Said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged; the Said Sum aforesaid be
ing the highest amount bid for the pemises here
in after mentioned at a public Sale of the Same
made in pursuance of Law on the first day of
May AD 1835: hath given granted bargained
Sold, Sold, released conveyed and confirmed &
by these pesents do give, grant, bargain Sell
releas convey and confirm unto the said Oz
Budington his heirs and assigns forever all the
certain tract or parcel of Land Situated in the
County of Alachua and State aforesaid Known &
described in the official plats of surveys in the United
States land office as the South half of lots one & two
(1 & 2) and south west quater of South East quater of
Section thirteen (13) And the South half of lot on
Cor South East quater of North East quater & Nor
th East quater of South East quater of Section
Eighteen (18) East, and containing two hundred
and fifty acres more or less: together with all and
singular the buildings improvements, and ap
pertainances there unto belonging or in any wise
appertaining To have and to hold all and singular
the afore mentioned pemises unto the Said Ozias
Budington his heirs and assigns forever, to his
and their only proper use benefit and behoof in
as full and lawful maner as I the Said Lemuel Wi
lson Administrator as aforesaid by Viritue of the
the power aforesaid might or ought to convey,
the Same In testamony whereof I have hereunto
