Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that I Martha B. Sistere late Widow of Henry C. Wilson
decd late of the County and State aforesaid for and in
consideration of the Sum of One dollar to me in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these pre
sents by Ozias Budington of the County of Deval
and State aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged, do hereby releas relinquish renounce and
forever quit claim unto the said Ozias Budington
and to his heirs and assigns my dower and right of
dower, in and to the land and appertainances mentio
ned in the foregoing deed of conveyance Witness
my hand and seal this the forteenth day of February 1857

Burnett a Justice of the peace in and for Alachua
County and State of Florida personaly came on
this the 14th day of February A.D. 1857 Lemuel Wilson
& Martha B. Sistere both to me well known to be
the persons referenced to in the foregoing deed of con
veyance and releas of dower, and severally acknowl
edged that they executed the Same for the purposes
therein mentioned And I certify the Said Martha
B. Sistere late Widow of Henry C. Wilson decd late
of Alachua County & State aforesaid being examined
by me did further acknowledge that She Signed the
Same freely and Voluntarily

  Alachua County             } This Indenture
made this ninth day of December in the year
Eighteen hundred and fifty Six between E.E. Bla
ckburn U.S. Marshell for the northern district
of Florida by his deputy George J. Lehnbauer
and by his Special deputy George B. Ellis of the first
part, and John Boston and John Villalonga Fir
m and Stile of Boston & Villalonga of Savannah
Georgia of the Second part Witnesseth That where
as by a certain writ of Execution issued out of the un
ited States District Court, for the Northern District Flo
rida: to me directed and delivered bearing test on
the thirteenth day of June 1856 I was commanded
to make of the goods and chattles, Lands and tenements
which were of Darling C. Prescott in the County
aforesaid in my district the Sum of Fourteen
