cts with Interest thereon to be computed, from the
Second day of June 1856 at the rate of Six per cent
per Annum until paid which Boston & Villa-
longa lately in the Northern District Court for
the Northern District of Florida recovered against
the Said Darling C. Prescott, for damages also the
Sum of twenty nine dollars, 53/100 for costs, And where
as by Virtue of Said writ of Execution I did levy
upon and advertise the Same according to Law, and
Sold the tracts of Land herein after described at pub
lic auction on the ninth day of December In-
stant, according to the Statute in such case made
and provided to Boston and Villalonga To Wit Lot
No 10 of Section 13 Township 9, South of Range 22
East containing 38 50/100 acres - also South west quater
of North East quarter of Section 24 in Township 7
South of Range 22 East containing 38 82/100 acres also
Lot no Six Section 14, Township 9, South of Range
22 East containing 41 10/100 acres. Now therefore in
consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars
to me in hand paid by Boston and Villalonga the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I have gran
ted bargained, and Sold and by these presents do
grant bargain and Sell and convey unto the said
Boston and Villalonga their heirs and assigns for
ever, all those tracts of land, already described
being Situated in the County of Alachua Northern
District of Florida with their appurtainances &
all the Estate right, and title of the Said Darling
C. Prescott had in the Said tracts of Land on
the ninth day of December in the year Eighteen
hundred and fifty Six or hath at any time Since
or now hath. To have and to hold the said tract of
Lands and every part thereof, with the appertainan
ces unto the said Boston and Villalonga their
heirs and assigns forever as fully and absolutely as

George B. Ellis as aforesaid and under the authority
might, could or ought to Sell and convey the same
