Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I John
Kitler, in the County and State aforesaid, in consideration of
five hundred dollars paid to me by J.M. Kitler of the County
and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto the said
J.M. Kitler, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel
of land, with the buildings thereon standing and all the privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging, situated in said County
and bounded and described as follows, lots three and seven of
section twenty of township number eight, Range twenty two

E. Containing 100 acres, to have and to hold the above
granted premises to the said J.M. Kitler, to his heirs and
assigns, to his and their use and behoof, for ever, and I
the said John Kitler, for myself, my heirs, Executors
and administrators, do covenant and agree with the said J.M.
Kitler his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
in fee simple, of the afore granted premises that they are
free from all encumbrances, that I have good right to sell
and convey the same, to the said J.M. Kitler, his heirs
and assign for ever, as aforesaid, and that I will and my heirs
Executors and administrators, shall warrant and defend
the same, to the said J.M. Kitler, his heirs and assigns
forever, against the lawful claim and demand of all persons
  In Witness whereof, I the said John Kitler, and I
Mary Kitler, wife of the said John Kitler, in token of my
release of all right and title of, or to Dower in the granted
premises, have thereunto set our hands and seals this 9th day
