Second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, bargained
Sold, aliened released remised, Conveyed, and Confirmed and by these
presents do give, grant, bargain Sell alien release remise convey
and confirm unto the Said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract or parcel
of Land situate lying and being in the county of Alachua and
State of Florida Known and described on the Official
Plat of Surveys in the United States Land Office as the South
West Quarter and the West half of the South east quarter
of Section Number (18) Eighteen in township No Eight (8)
south of Range No Nineteen (19) East, containing three
hundred and twenty acres, more or Less.
To Have and to hold all and singular the aforegranted
premises with the appurtnances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever, And we the said parties
of the first part for ourselves our heirs executors and ad-
ministrators do hereby covenant to & with the said Party
of the second part that at the time of the delivery of these
presents we are possessed of a good and indefeasible
right of inheritance in and to the premises above granted
and described and that we have full right and authority
to sell and convey the same in fee simple absolute,
And we the said parties of the first part for ourselves
our heirs, Executors and Administrators do further covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second
part, that we will forever warrant and defend the said
premises above granted with the appurtenances unto him
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
against any and all persons whomsoever claiming or
to claim the same by through or under us or either of
us. In testimony whereof we the said parties of the
first part have hereinto set our hands and Seals this
the day and year first above written.

Alachua County      Before me a Justice of the peace in and
                    for the State and County aforesaid personally
came on this the 16th day of March A.D. 1857 Rafaila
S.M. Wilson Wife of Lemuel Wilson whose name is subscribed
to the foregoing instrument and being examined by
me seperately and apart from her said husband acknowledged
that she signed the same freely and voluntarily and
without any apprehension constraint or fear of or from her
said husband and in thereof hath hereunto set her hand and
seal in my presence.
