Circuit of Florida personally came on this the 16th day of May
1857 Archibald A. Maulden who being duly sworn says he
saw the foregoing deed signed sealed and delivered and that
he signed the same as witness together with B.F. Young

This Indenture, made the seventh day of March A.D. One
thousand Eight hundred and fifty Seven, between William B.
Wimberly of the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
Elizabeth his Wife parties of the first part and Philip Dell of the
County and State aforesaid of the Second part, Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
Sum of Three Thousand dollars to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the reciept whereof is hereby ack-
nowledged at & before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
have bargained, Sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by These presents do bargain, Sell, alien, remise
release, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second
part all that certain parcel or tract of Land lying and being
Situate in the County and State aforesaid and known and
described as follows, So much of the east half of the South East
Quarter of Section twenty One and the west half of the North
west Quarter and the west half of the South East Quarter of
Section twenty two, and of the north East Quarter of Section
twenty Eight, and of the west half of the North Quarter of Sec-
tion twenty Seven in Township seven south of Range Eigh-
teen East, as lies East of a Certain Stream known as the Town-
end Branch, and the west half of the East half of the north
west Quarter and the west half of the South East Quarter
of Section twenty Seven in the same Township and Range
and Containing by Estimation Four hundred and Thirteen
33/100 acres, together, with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appurtaining, and the reversions, remainders rents
issues, and profits thereof, and also all tittle, interest, dower
& right of dower, Claim or demand whatsoever, of the said
parties of the first part of in or to the above described pre-
mises and every part and parcel thereof with the appur-
-tenancies) To have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises together with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs & assigns forever. And the said parties of
the first part do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said party of the second part, to warrant and forever
defend the tittle to the above described premises.
