Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I John
Kitler, in the county and state aforesaid in consideration of
five hundred dollars paid to me by George Kitler of the county
and state aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said
George Kitler, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or parcel of 
land, with the buildings thereon standing, with all the privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging, situated in said
county and Bounded and described as follows, lots seven and eight
of section nine, Township nine, South of Range 20 E, and all
lots one & two containing 149 and 40 hundreds. To have and to
hold the above granted premises, to the said George Kitler
to his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and behoof for ever
and the said John Kitler, for myself, my heirs, executors
and administrators, do covenant with the said George Kitler
his heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized in fee simple
of the aforegranted premises, that they are free from all encumbrances
that I have good right to sell and convey the same, to the said
George Kitler his heirs and assigns, for ever as aforesaid and that
I will, my heirs and ad Executors and administrators, shall warrant
and defend the same, to the said George Kitler his heirs and assigns for
ever, against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons.
       In Witness Whereof I the said John Kitler
and I Mary Kitler wife of the said John Kitler in
token of my release of all right and title of, or to Dower
in the granted premises, have hereunto set our hands
and seals this 9th day of December one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four.

and for the said County, personally came John Kitler and Mary Kitler to me well known and acknowledged
that they executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein mentioned In testimony whereof I have
