of Eight hundred dollars, to him in hand well and truly paid
by the said Noble A. Strobhar as aforesaid party of the second part
hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and confirm
-ed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, convey
and confirm, unto the said party of the second part, all that
tract or parcel of Land, lying and being in the County of Ala-
chua & State aforesaid, Known by the U. States Survey as the
north half of Section (12) Twelve, and south west Quarter of
Section (12) Twelve, all in Township (No 7) Seven, south
of Range No 18 East, containing in all Four hundred and
eighty acres more or less, To Have and to Hold unto the
party of the second part, as aforesaid the above described 
tract or parcel of land together with all and singular the
improvements, rights and hereditaments thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, and I the said Philip
Dell Executor as aforesaid party of the first part, for
myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns unto
the said Noble A. Strobhar, party of the second part, will
warrant and forever defend against the claim of all
and every person whatsoever

                  Know all men by these presents that
I Daniel Conyers of said State and County for and in
consideration of the natural love and affection which I
have and bear to my daughter Aseneth Conyers of the same
place, and for and in consideration of Five Dollars cash in
hand paid by the said Aseneth Conyers, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents give and grant
unto my said daughter Aseneth Conyers certain negroes
to wit one negro man named Sam about sixty years of
age of black complexion, and one negro woman named
Nancy about Fifty years of age of black complexion: To Have
and to Hold the said negroes Sam and Nancy to her the
said Aseneth Conyers and to her children forever.
    Also one sorrel horse saddle and bridle, one bed
and furniture belonging thereto: Also one buggy and
harness, I do further for the love and affection I have
and bear for my daughter Mary A. Richman, give and
grant to her the said Mary A. Richman one half of
