the above described parcel or tract of land together with
all and Singular the Improvements, rights, and heredita-
ments thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining
        said 
And I the^Noble A. Strobhar party of the first part as afore-
said for myself, my heirs, executors, Administrators and
assigns unto the said James S. Cooper party of the Second
part will warrant and forever defend against the Claim
of all and every whatsoever

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County   } Mary E. Strobhar wife of Noble A. Strob-
                   -har the grantor, to the annexed deed
for the Conveyance of Real Estate. For and in Considera
tion of the premises in said Deed recited as well as in
Consideration of one dollar to me in paid by the said
James S. Cooper the reciept whereof is hereby acknowled
-ged, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said James
S. Cooper, all my right, title, Claim or Equity of Dower in and
to the premises described in Said Deed as fully and
absolutely as I might or could do the same.

State of Florida } Before me the Subscriber a Justice
Alachua County   } of the peace in and for Said County
                   personally came Mary E. Strobhar -
wife of Noble A. Strobhar and on private examination
made Separate and apart from her husband, acknow-
ledged that She Executed the foregoing relinquishment of
dower and that She did it freely and voluntarily and
without any Compulsion, Constraint, apprehension or
fear of or from her Said husband this ninth day of
April 1857
