This Indenture made the twenty third day of February in
the year one Thousand Eight hundred and fifty Seven Between
Robert Henson of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and Sarah his Wife parties of the first part and W.F. Perry
party of the second part at or before the Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first in consideration of the Sum of one
dollar to them duly paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the rec-
-iept whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and Sold
and by these presents do grant, bargain and Sell, unto the said
party of the second part, all that piece or parcel of Land Sit-
-uated in the County and State aforesaid and known as the
NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section number (29) in Township
(10) of Range (no 22) East Containing 39 88/100 acres -- -- --
To have and to hold all and singular the land above bar-
-ganed and Sold, or intended so to be unto the said party
of the second part his Executors, Administrators and assigns
forever, And we the said parties of the first part, for ourselves
our heirs, Executors and Administrators, all and singular the
land above bargained & Sold unto the said party of the second
part, his heirs, Executors, Administrators, and assigns against
us the said parties of the first part and against all and every
person or persons, whomsoever shall and will warrant and
forever defend, upon condition, that if We the said parties of
the first part shall and do well and truly pay unto the said
parties of the Second part, his Executors, Administrators or as-
signs, then these presents shall be void, And We the said
parties of the first part for ourselves our Executors, Administra-
-tors and assigns do covenant and agree, to and with the
said party of the second, his Executors and Administrators
and assigns that in case default shall be made in payment
of the said sum above mentioned then it shall and may be
lawful for, and We the said parties of the first part, do hereby
authorize and empower the said party of the second part
his Executors, Administrators, and assigns with the aid and
assistance of any person or persons, to enter upon the premises
and take, and sell and dispose of the said land for the best
price he can obtain, and out of the money arising therefrom to
retain, and pay the said Sum, above mentioned, and all char
ges touching the same renderring the overplus (if any) unto us
our Executors, Administrators or assigns. And untill default
be made on the payment of the said Sum of Money we are
to remain and continue in the quiet and peaceable posses
-sion of the said Land and the full and free enjoyment of the
