State of Florida } Before me the subscriber a Justice
Alachua County   } of the peace in and for said County
                 } personally came John Hilton who being
duly sworn says on oath that he did sign the foregoing instru-
ment of writing as a Witness and also saw S.B. Adkins sign
the same as a Witness, he also saw Robert Henson and
Sarah Henson sign the above Instrument.

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that
Alachua County   } I, Nathaniel Jones in the County and State
                 } aforesaid for and in consideration of the
Sum of Six hundred dollars paid to me by Archibald H.
Jones in the County and State aforesaid the reciept whereof
is hereby acknowledged do hereby give, grant, bargain, Sell and
convey unto the said Archibald H. Jones, his heirs and assigns
a certain tract or parcel Lands, with the buildings, thereon
and all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belon-
-ging Situated in said County, and bounded as follows, to
wit: North west Quarter of the South east Quarter of Section
Thirty Four in Township No Seven, South of Range twenty
one East, Containing Forty one acres, North half of lot No three
Quarter of Section No thirty four, in Township No Seven South
of Range, No twenty one East containing Forty acres and ninety
two 92/100 of an acre. To have and to hold the above granted pre-
mises to the said Archibald H. Jones his heirs and assigns to
his and their use and behoof forever, and I the said Nathaniel
Jones for myself my heirs, Executors and Administrators do Cove-
nant with the said Archibald H. Jones his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee Simple of the aforegranted pre-
mises that they free from all incumbrances that I have good right
to sell and convey the same to the said Archibald H. Jones his
heirs and assigns forever against the lawful Claims and demands
of all persons, In Witness whereof I hereunto Set my hand and
Seal this the 11th day of April 1857.

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that
I Kisih Jones wife of the said Nathaniel Jones grantor
of the foregoing Deed for the consideration of the premises
in said deed recited do hereby renounce relinquish and
forever quit claim unto Archibald H. Jones all my dower
and right of dower in and to the said deed mentioned
