This Indenture, made the first day of September one thousand
Eight hundred and fifty four. Between, Eugene Van Ness and
Charles W. Brush Surviving Executors of the last Will and Testament
of Dr N. Brush, late of the City of New York, deceased of the first
part, and Henry P. Graddick of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part by virtue of the power and authority to them
in & by the said will and Testament, and for and in consideration
of the Sum of Six hundred and thirty Seven dollars lawful mo-
-ney of the United States of America, to them in hand paid
