for his and their own use and benefit, without any law
-ful let, suit, hinderance molestation interruptions or denial
whatsoever or from, or, by them the said parties of the first part
their heirs or assigns: or, of, or, from or by any other person or
persons whomsoever Claiming lawfully, or who shall or may
lawfully Claim hereafter, by, from, or under them or either of
them or by, from or under their of either of their, right, title,
interest or Estate: and that free and clear, and freely
and clearly discharged, acquitted, and exonerated, or oth
-erwise well and sufficiently saved, defended, Kept harm
less and indemnified by them the said parties of the first
part, their heirs and assigns of from and against all and
all manner of former and other gifts, grants, bargains, sales
mortgages, Judgements, and all and other charges and incu-
mbrances whatsoever, had, made, committed, executed or
done by their or either of their acts, deeds, means, consent,
procurement or privity.

to be used or recorded in the State of Florida, certify
that Eugene Van Ness & Charles W. Brush grantors mentio
-ned in the annexed deed have this day personaly ap-
peared before me in the said State and City and sever-
ally acknowledged that they had executed the said

deed, and I further certify that I am personally^acq-
quanted with said parties and know them to be the same
described in and who executed Said Deed.
