Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
John Kitler, in the County and State aforesaid, in consideration of
of five hundred and twenty nine dollars paid to me by George W. Kitler
of the County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
=edged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said
George W. Kitler, his heirs and assigns, a certain tract or
parcel of land, with the buildings thereon, and all the privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging, situate in said County and
bounded and described as follows, West half of the southwest
Quarter of section no five, and the North west quarter
of the North quarter of section 8, Township 9 south of
Range 22 E containing thirty nine acres and 79/100 Hundredths
To have and to hold the above granted premises, to the
said George W. Kitler, his heirs and assigns, to his and their
use and behoof, for ever, and I the said John Kitler, for
my self, my heirs, Executors and administrators, do covenant
with the said George W. Kitler, his heirs and assigns, that I am
lawfully seized in fee simple of the aforegranted premises, that they are free
from all encumbrances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same
to the said George W. Kitler, his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid,
and that I will, and my heirs, executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the George W. Kitler, his heirs and
assigns for ever, against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons. In Witness Whereof, I the said John Kitler and I
Mary Kitler wife of the said John Kitler, in token of my
release of all right and title of, or to Dower in the granted
premises have hereunto set our hands and seals this 9th
day of December A.D. 1854

Alachua County   } Before me Wiley Hicks a Justice of
the peace, in and for the said County, personally came
John Kitler and Mary Kitler, to me well known and
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing Deed for
the purposes therein mentioned.
    In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 9th day of December A.D. 1854
