County of Alachua State of Florida
Also, Household and Kitchen furniture, also
forty Head of Stock Cattle, Mark Smooth
Crop in one ear and under Square in the
other Branded (symbols) also four Negroes to wit
three Negro men Slaves Eleven, Frank, Bobb and one
Negro woman Ann.

This Indenture made the fourth day of January A.D.
one thousand eight hundred and fifty five, Between Henry Fabian of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, of the first part, and
Isom B. Thomas of the County and State aforesaid, of the Second
part, Witnesseth, that the Said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the Sum of fifty one dollars, to him in hand
paid by the Said party of the Second party before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow=
=ledged, have bargained, and Sold, aliened, conveyed and confirmed,
and by these presents, do grant, bargain, Sell, Alien,
convey and confirm, unto the Said party of the Second part
his heirs, and assigns, the undivided half of a certain tract
and parcel of land lying and being Situate in Alachua
County and State of Florida, and Known and described as follows
lot no. three, Section No, twenty two, Township eight, South of Range
eighteen East, Containing eighty acres, together with the hereditaments,
tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
belonging, and also all title, interest, property, possession, claim
or demand whatsoever of the Said party of the first part of in, or to
the above described premises, To have and to hold the above
mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances, unto
the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns for ever,
