and assigns to their sole and proper use benifit, and behoof,
for ever, provided always, and these presents are upon this express
condition that if the said party of the first part, shall pay to
the said parties of the second part any and all liabilities or indebt
=edness which the said party of the first part, shall or may here
=after incur by reason of the purchase of goods, wares, or merchandize
of the said parties of the second part, or otherwise, then and
be that case, this Indenture to be null and void, otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue.

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into this
tenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty four. Between Robert A. Child and Hariet M.
Child his wife, parties of the first part, and Samuel Boykin
party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of fourteen
thousand five hundred dollars, to them in hand paid at the
time of signing and sealing this indenture, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed
and doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey, unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs, executors and assigns all
that certain tract or parcel of land, known and described as follows
to wit, beginning at a corner stake in the south boundary line of section
thirty one, Township eleven, Range Twenty one of the Arredondo Grant
which corner is established between Charles B. Jones and Samuel
Boykin on said line of said Section, and running west on said line
to the South west corner of said Section thence on west line of
Section to the half mile post, thence west on the line
dividing equally section 34 Township Eleven, Range twenty
of the Arredondo Grant to a corner stake in the prairie
on the west line of said Section, thence North on said west line
to another corner stake on the prairie, established between |
