Alachua County   } This Indenture made this 20th
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty three (1853) Between James M. Kingsley
of the County of Putnam and State aforesaid, of the first
part, and James F. Secrest of the County and State afore=
=Said of the second part, Witnesseth, that the Said James
M. Kingsly, for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty dollars
to him in hand paid by the Said James F. Secrest, the receipt
whereof, is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold,
conveyed and delivered unto the Said James F. Secrest for ever,
all that lot or parcel of land lying in the County and State
aforesaid, Known as the North West Quarter of Section
twelve in Township Eleven, Range (22) East, To have
and to hold, together with all the rights and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, to his heirs and assigns for ever,
bind my Self my heirs, Executed, Administrators, and assigns
and for ever will warrant and defend the right and title of
the Same, against the claims of all persons whatsoever in
fee Simple            I have caused my hand and seal to
