Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that I John
Kitler in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid, in consideration
of one hundred and thirty two dolars, paid to me by Jane Petty in the
County and State aforesaid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said
Jane Petty, her heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of
land with all the buildings thereon, with all the privileges and
appurtenances to the same belonging, Situated in said County
and bound and described as follows, to wit; Lots two and three of
section seven, Township nine, South of Range twenty two E.
containing one hundred and six acres, To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the said Jane Petty, and heirs and assigns to
her and their use, and behoof, for ever, and I the said John
Kitler for my self, my heirs, Executors, and administrators do covenant
with the said Jane Petty, her heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully
seized in fee simple of the aforegranted premises, that they are
free from all encumbrances, that I have good right to sell and
for ever
convey the same to the said Jane Petty, heirs and assigns^as aforesaid
and that I will and my heirs Executors and administrators, shall
warrant and defend the same to the said Jane Petty her heirs
and assigns for ever, against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons In witness whereof, I the said John Kitler, and I
Mary Kitler wife of the said John Kitler in token of my release
of all right and title of or to Dower in the granted premises
have hereunto set our hands and seals this 28th day of Octr
