Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I David Hurst, of the County and State aforesaid,
for and in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and
twenty dollars, to me in hand paid by John Kitler,
I do hereby bargain and Sell, and deliver to the Said John
Kitler all my Stock of Cattle containing twenty four
head more or less, with the mark and Brand as follows;
to wit: mark under Slope crop in one ear, crop and two
Splits in the other ear, Branded DH together with all my
right, title and claim from the waters of New River and SA
Toffee South, for which I do hereby for ever warrant and
defend to the Said John Kitler, to him and his heirs and
assigns for ever, Signed Sealed and delivered this 12th day of
April A.D. 1853

  This Indenture made nineteenth day of December in the  
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four,
Between Nathaniel B. Stafford of Tatnal County State of
Georgia, and Lavisa his wife parties of the first part, and
Thomas Whitaker of the State of South Carolina Kershaw
District party of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of one thousand dollars to them in hand paid, by the Said
party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the Said party of the Second part and
                    and 
his heirs, Executors,^Administrators for ever released and discharged
from the same, by these presents, have granted, bargained, Sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed, and confirmed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm unto the Said party of the Second part, his
heirs and assigns for ever, all that certain tract or parcel of
land, Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and known and described as follows,
to wit; North East Quarter of section Sixteen, in Township
Ten, Rage nineteen in the Arredondo grant, together
with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper=
=taining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and rem

right, title, interest, Dower, and right of Dower, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as
in Equity, of the Said parties of the first part, of, in and
