Know all men by these presents that I Lavisay Stafford
wife of Nathaniel B. Stafford mentioned in the foregoing
Deed, for and in consideration of the premises, have relin=
quished, and renounced, and by these presents do relinquish
and renounce all my Dower and right of Dower, in and
to that certain tract or parcel of land mentioned in
the foregoing Deed, and I further declare that the Same
is done by me, freely and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, apprehension, or fear of, or from my said
Husband, In Witness whereof, I hereunto set
my hand and Seal.

the Peace in and for said County, personally came
Lavisa Stafford, wife of Nathaniel B. Stafford mentioned
in the foregoing Deed, and being examined by me Separate
and apart from her from her said Husband, declared
She had executed the foregoing relinquishment of Dower
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
whatever from her said Husband.

D. Surrencey whose name appears to the foregoing Deed of
