Alachua County } This Indenture made on the twenty
third day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and fifty five, Between David Mizell Sen of
the first part, and Ann E. Roberts of the Second part
Witness that for and in Consideration of the natural love
and affection which the Said party of the first part has and
bears for and towards his Daughter Ann E. Roberts, wife of
Albert G. Roberts party of the Second part, as aforesaid
has given, granted, bargained, Sold and conveyed, and by these
presents does So give, grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto the Said
party of the Second part, her heirs assigns, and the heirs of her body
forever, the following lots or parcels of land Situate in the County and
State aforesaid, and known and described as follows, to wit, The
North East Quarter of Section twenty Seven, of Township eleven,
of Range twenty one, also the west half of Section twenty two, of
the Same Township and Range, as well as the parcel of land known
and bounded as follows, to wit: commencing at a point on the line
running due East and West across the center of Section twenty two;
of Township eleven, of Range twenty one, at the distance of two
hundred and Seventy five yards from the Eastern boundary line
of Said Section, and running 40° East of North nineteen and a half
chains, thence 30° west of North twenty Six Chains to the dividing
line of Sec twenty two aforesaid, and thence along Said line due East
thirty four to the point of beginning, and containing Six acres
and five one hundredths of an acre more or less, To have and
to hold the aforegranted and described parcels of land unto the
Said party of the Second part, her heirs and the heirs of
her body for ever, absolutely and in fee Simple for ever,
In Witness Whereof the Said party of the first part hath
hereunto Set his hand, and affixed his Seal, on the day and year first
above written
