Alachua County   } Before Wiley Hicks a Justice of the peace in and
for the said County, personally came John Kitler and Mary Kitler to
me well known, and acknowledged that they executed the foregoing Deed
for the purposes therein mentioned.  In testimony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal, this 9th day of December A.D. 1854

  This Indenture made the twenty fourth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty
five, Between Henry Moore of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida, of the one part, and Adam Clay of the same
County and State of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said
Henry Moore for and in consideration of the sum of one
thousand dollars to him in paid by the said Adam Clay at
and before the sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, and thereof acquit and forever discharge
the said Adam Clay, his heirs, executors and assigns by these
presents, have granted, bargained sold and by these presents
do grant, bargain, and sell, unto the said Adam Clay, and
to his heirs and assigns, all that certain tract and parcel of
land known by the United States Survey as the South west
quarter of the North west quarter, and the North west
quarter of the South west quarter, of Section twenty nine
in Township number seven, south of Range number twenty
East, and the south east quarter of the North east quarter
of section thirty in Township number seven, South of Range
number twenty east, containing one hundred and twenty acres
more or less, Together with all and singular the heriditaments
and appurtenances, thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper=
=taining  To have and to hold the said messuages, tract
piece or parcel of land and premises hereby granted, or mentioned or
intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said Adam Clay
his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof the
said Adam Clay his heirs and assigns for ever
