Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Moore
wife of Henry Moore, for and in consideration of the premises
above mentioned, do hereby relinquish and renounce all right
title, and interest, in and to my Dower and right of Dower
in the above granted lands, and I do declare that the Same
is made freely and voluntarily on my part without compulsion
apprehension, or fear of, or from my Said Husband.
       Witness my hand and Seal this 24th day of January A.D. 1855

Before me Robt Youngblood an acting Justice of the
Peace in and for the County of Alachua and State of Florida
personally came Elizabeth Moore wife of Henry Moore
and acknowledged Separate and apart from her Said Husband
that the foregoing relinquishment of Dower was made freely and
voluntarily on her part.

Alachua County    }  This Indenture made this 11th day of April
Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and fifty four
Between Samuel Gieger of the County of Alachua &
State of Florida of the first part, and Dr. Wm H. Stringfellow
of the District of Chester and State of So. Carolina,
of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the Said Samuel Gieger
for and in consideration of the Sum of Six thousand four
hundred dollars, to him in hand paid by the Said Wm
H. Stringfellow, at and before the Sealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened, released, conveyed and
confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, Sell,
alien, remise, convey, release and confirm unto the Said
Wm H. Stringfellow the following described tract or parcel
or tract of land, being, lying, & Situate in the County and
State aforesaid, and Known and described on the Arredonda
Grant as follows, to wit. the west half of Section four
     the North half of Section five Township ten Range nineteen 
Township ten, Range nineteen,^and the South West Quarter
of Section thirty two Township nine Range Nineteen Contain
eight hundred acres, together with all the appurtenances
thereunto in anywise appertaining & belonging To have
and to hold the Same to the Said Wm H. Stringfellow his
heirs and assigns for ever, in fee Simple, and the Sd
Samuel Gieger, for himself, his heirs and assigns, doth
hereby covenant, and agree to and with the Sd W.H. Stringfellow
that the Said Samuel Gieger is now the owner of Sd premises
and is Seized of good indefeasible Eastate of inheritance therein,
