and that he has full right & power to sell & convey the same in fee
simple, absolute, that the same are free and clear from all
encumberances, and doth hereby guarantee and defend the same
unto the sd W.H. Stringfellow, his heirs and assigns for ever to have

or interruption by any persons whether lawfully claiming or to
claim any right or interest therein.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I
John Kitler in the County of Alachua and State aforesaid
in consideration of four hundred & sixty six dollars paid to
me by Thomas Dyal in the State and County aforesaid, the receipt
whereof, is hereby acknowledged do hereby give, grant, bargain
sell and convey unto the said Thomas Dyal Dyal, his heirs
and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land with the building
thereon, and all the privileges and appurtenances to the same
belonging, situate in said county and herein are described as follows
Lots eight and nine of Section twenty nine, Township eight south
of Range twenty two E  To have and to hold the above granted
premises tot he said Thomas Dyal, his heirs and assigns, to his
and their use and behoof for ever, and I the said John Kitler
for my self, my heirs executors and administrators, shall warrant
and defend the same do covenant with the said Thomas Dyal, his
heirs and assigns, that same lawfully signed in fee simple of
the afore granted premises that they are free from all incum
brances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same
to the said Thomas Dyal, his heirs and assigns as aforesaid,
