          State of Florida )  This indenture made the 29th day of
          Alachua Florida  ) December A.D. 1854.  Between Thomas
          J. Prevatt of the first part and Thomas C. Love of the
          Second part all of said County and State, witnesepth,
          that, for and in consideration of five hundred dollars to
          the said party of the first part, paid by the party of the
          Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
          bargined, granted, sold, conveyed, and confirmed, unto the
          said party of the second part, all that tract or parcel of 
          land situated lying and being in the County and State aforesaid
          known and described as the East half of the West half of
          the North East quarter of Section Eleven, Township eight
          Range (18) eighteen, containing forty acres more or less. To have
          and to Hold the said bargined premises, with the appertenances
          unto him the said party of the second part, his Executers, admin-
          istraters and assigns forever, in fee simple, And I promise and
          agree to warrant and forever defend the said bargained and
          granted premises unto him the said Thomas C. Love, his heirs
          and assigns forever
