Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into this
tenth December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty three, Between Mathew G. Sikes of the 
State and County above written, and George W. Sanchez of the
same State and County of the other part, Witnesseth, that the
said M.G. Sikes for and in consideration of the sum of three thousand
two hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby of acknowledged
hath bargained, granted, sold and conveyed unto the said George W. Sanchez
all that tract or parcel of land, situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, aforesaid, known in plan of
survey, or bounded as follows, beginning on the North boundary
of the Arrdeondo Grant, at a point North 85 East 36.

grant intersects the North bor of the Arredondo grant Set

10 W 4, 60 chs more or less, to Hicery post on the western bor

bor with Arredondo, N B o Hickory S 3/4 E and thence along
west bor of Fernandes grant N 25, E 25, chs, and to set
Hickory post, and thence E 44.12 chs, more orless
to East Bor of G.W. Sanchez land as surveyed to him on
the 18th May 1852, set lightwood post in prairie &c
