to N Bor of Arredondo grant & set water oak post &c &c, thence
along said No Bor of Arredondo grant S 85, W 5 chs, to said
Sanchez SE Q, thence continue 9.81 chs further to the place of
beginning, Setting off and ending 200 acres more or less, and
the South half of the North East Quarter, and the south east
quarter of the North west half quarter of section 35, Township
8, Range 18, making in all three hundred and twenty (320) acres
more or less, together with all and singular the rights, members
and appurtenances thereunto or in any wise belonging. To
have and to hold said bargained premises unto the said
G.W. Sanchez; his heirs and assigns, for his and their own
proper use, benefit and behoof, and the said M.G. Sikes
for his self, Executors and Administrators, will warrant and
for ever defend the rights and titles of said bargained premises,
unto the said G.W. Sanchez, his heirs and assigns, against
all other lawful claim or claims.

Circuit Court of Alachua County, Eastern Circuit of Florida
personally came Thos G. Ramsey one of the subscribing witnesses
to the foregoing instrument who being duly sworn according
to law, says that he saw Mathew G. Sikes sign the same for the
purposes therein mentioned, and that he signed the same as a witness

  This Indenture made this 6th day of January in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty five, Between
James T. Thomas of the State and County of Alachua, party of the
first part, and Josiah Seckinger of the State of Florida and
County of Alachua, party of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of fifty dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part well and truly paid at and before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
have granted bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, enfeoffed
conveyed, confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain
