Sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff, convey and confirm, unto the
the said party of the second part, all that certain lot, parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua in said State of Florida, and known as the North
half of Section 34, Range 19, Township 9, containing three
hundred and twenty acres more or less, also the South west
quarter of Section two, Township 10, Range 19, containing one
hundred and sixty acres more or less, also one eighth of a Section
containing eighty acres more or less, it being a strip land running
North and South, adjoining the above described Quarter Section
(Section 2) Township 10, Range 19) and also adjoining land formerly
belonging to B. Putnam, amounting altogether to 560 acres
more or less, together with all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments, Rights, members, privileges, and appurtenances
to the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues, and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either at law or in Equity
of, in, or to the said lots, parcels, or tracts of land and premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances, To have and

to hold all and singular the^lots parcels and tracts of land and
premises and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs executors adminis=
=trators and assigns, to his and their own proper use, benefit and
behoof, for ever, in fee simple, and the said party of the first
part for himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, the said
lot, tracts or parcels of land, and premises with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, executors and
administrators, and assigns, against the said party of the first
part, his heirs executors and administrators, and against 
all and every other person and persons whomsoever lawfully
claiming or to claim the same, by, from, through, or under
them, or any or either of them, shall and will by these presents
forever warrant and defend.
   In witness whereof, the said party of the first part have
hereunto set his hand and seal, the day and year first

  Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Thomas wife
of James T. Thomas the granter of the foregoing Deed for the conveyance
of real estate, for and in consideration of the premises in said Deed
cited, and in further consideration of the sum of one dollar
to me in hand paid by Josiah Seckinger the receipt 
whereof before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, is
hereby acknowledged, do renounce, release, and relinquish, unto
the said Josiah Seckinger, all my right, claim, or Equity of
Dower in and to the premises in said Deed conveyed as fully and
