Alachua County   } On this 6th day of January in year one thousand
eight hundred and fifty five, before the Subscriber a Justice of the peace
in and for said County, personally came and appeared Elizabeth Thomas
wife of James T. Thomas Esquire, well known to me to be the wife
of said James T. Thomas, who being duly examined, acknowledged
and declared, that she signed, sealed and delivered the foregoing indenture
for the purpose, and with the intent thereby to convey all her interest
and to relinquish and renounce all her Dower, and right of Dower,
in and to the said tracts, lots or parcels of land and premises in said
indenture mentioned and described as sold and conveyed, and that
the same was done by her freely and voluntarily, and without any
compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear of, or from her
said Husband the said James T. Thomas.
        In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal, the day and year first above written.

County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into this the
third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fifty four. Between Henry Moore and Elizabeth Moore his wife,
of the County and State aforesaid, of the first part, and William
D. Clark of the same County and State, Witnesseth, that
the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of five hundred dollars to them in hand paid at and before
the signing and sealing of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, enfeoffed,
conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents, do grant, bargain,
sell, enfeoff, convey and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of
land known and described in the land office at Newnansville
Florida, as the Lot No fourteen (14) of Section No. thirty (30)
and the South west quarter of the South west quarter of section
No twenty nine (29) all in Township No Seven (7) south of Range
No twenty (20) East, containing one hundred and twenty acres more
or less, together all the rights privileges, improvements and appurte=
=nance, to the said tract of land belonging, or in any wise apper=
=taining, and the remainder and remainders, reversion and
reversions, rents, issues and profits thereof, To have and to hold
