the same unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns for ever, in fee simple And the said parties of the
first part, for themselves, their heirs, Executors and Administrators,
unto the said party of the second part, his heirs, Executors, Adminis
=trators and assigns against them the said parties of the first part,
and all persons claiming by, through, or under them, and against
all persons whatsoever, the said bargained premises, shall and
will warrant and for ever defend, by these presents.

and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, appre=
=hension, or fear of, or from my said husband,
