delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl=
=edged, hath granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell and convey and confirm, unto the 
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns for ever,
all those certain pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid and which is
known and described as follows, to wit; the North west quarter
of the South west quarter of Section six (6) in Township
eight (8) South of Range eighteen (18) East, containing Thirty
three and one hundredths acres, also the South west quarter of
the North west quarter of Section six (6) in Township eight (8)
South of Range eighteen (18) East, containing thirty nine and
eighty six hundredths acres, together with all and singular
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or
in any wise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title,
interest claim, and demand of the said party of the first
part, of, in, or to the above described premises, and every
part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, To have
and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described
premises unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns for ever.   In Witness whereof, the said party of

Personally came before the Subscriber Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Alachua County Eastern Circuit of
Florida, Lewelling Williams the grantor of the foregoing
Deed and acknowledged that he had executed the same for the
purposes therein mentioned

Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the 26th Oct
in the year of Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
(1853. Between John Ralerson of the first part of the County
of Hillsborough, and Daniel Morrison of the County and State
aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth that the said John
Ralerson, for & in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars
and twenty five dollars (225.00) to him in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
sell and convey unto the said Daniel Morrison all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Putnam in
the county of State aforesaid known as the lots number five six
