Know all men by these presents that we Elijah Barrow
          and Belinda his wife of Alachua County, State of Florida
          for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred dollars
          to us in hand paid by David J. Ridought of the aforsaid
          County and State, the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowkledged
          do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the
          said David J. Ridought his heirs and assigns, a certain
          tract or parcel of land, situate in the Town of Newnansville
          in said County and State,(as per plan of said Town
          beginning at the South East corner of the two center streets
          in said Town, running South fronting one of the center
          Streets Seventy five feet, then on East Seventy five
          feet, then on North seventy five thence West
          Seventy five feet, and fronting the other center street to
          the place of begining,   To have and to hold to the above
          granted premises, to the said David J. Ridought his heirs,
          and assigns forever, and I the said Elijah Barrow
          do hereby covenant, and agree to and with the said David
          J. Ridought, his heirs and assigns, that I will, and my
          heirs, Executers, and Administraters, Shall warrant and for
          ever defend the said tract or parcel of land, to the said
          David J. Ridought and his heirs and assigns for ever, against
          the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever
          save and except the claims and demands of any person or persons
          arising under and from any and from any grant of land made by the Spainish
          Government, or to its officer or officers, authorised to make such
          grant, and for the further consideration aforesaid and for
          divers other good causes and valuable considerations I Belinda
          Barrow wife of the said Elijah Barrow do hereby release and
          quit claim unto the David J. Ridought, his heirs and assigns
          all my right, claim, Dower or possibility of Dower in or about
          the aforesaid premises.  In witness whererof, we the said Elijah
          Barrow and Belinda Barrow, have hereunto set our hand
          and seals, this day of July A.D. 1854

          Came Elijah Barrow and acknowledged the excution of
          the forgoing Deed for the purposes therein set forth

                   Know all men by these presents that I Belinda Barrow
          wife of Elijah Barrow do hereby acknowledge that the foregoing
          relinquishment of Dower was made on my part, freely and voluntarily
          without any compulsion, apprehension, or fear of, or from my said
          Husband Elijah Barrow.
