of New York     }SS Be it remembered That on the 25th day
of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and fity three, Isaac Rosenthal, appeared in the Superior
Court in the City of New York, the Said Court being a Court of
Record, having Common law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk, and Seal,
and applied to the Said Court to be admitted to become a
Citizen of the United States of America, pursuant to the
provisions of the Several acts of the Congress of the United
States of America, for that purpose made and provided,
and the Said applicant having thereupon produced to the
Court Such evidence, made Such declaration and renunciation,
and taken Such oaths as are by the Said Acts required
Thereupon, it was ordered by the Said Court, that the Said
applicant be admitted; and he was accordingly admitted by
the said Court to be admitted a Citizen of the United
States of America ~
                 In Testimony whereof the Seal of the Said
(       )        Court is hereunto affixed, this 25th day of
                 August, one thousand eight hundred and fifty
                 three, and in the Seventy eighth year of our
                 Independence

This Indenture made the Second day of March A.D. 1855, Between
Thomas A. Bradford, of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
and his wife Frances V. parties of the first part, and Fredrick
Roux of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, party
of the Second part, Witnesseth, that the parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the Sum of fifty
dollars, to them in hand paid, by the party of the Second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained,
Sold, aliened, confirmed and conveyed, and by these pres
=ents, do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, confirm and convey
unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns, all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying
and being and Situated in the Town of Newnansville
County and State aforesaid, and designated in the plat
of Said Town, as on file in the office of Judge of
Probate for Said County, as follows, the North half
of lot No. four Block No three, Range No one (1)
together with all the tenements, hereditaments, appurte=
=nances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining,
and all the right, title, interest, Dower or right of Dower,
possession, claim or demand whatsoever of the said parties
