party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns forever, and in accor=
=dance of with a decree of Circuit Court, this conveyance is expressly
made by the Said party of the first part, and accepted by the
party of the Second part, with the following conditions attaching
thereto in perpetuity forever, that is to Say, that no whiskey
Shop or other place for retailing ardent Spirits Shall ever be
kept on Said premises, or any part or parcel thereof, And
in case of a violation of this condition the premises upon which
the Same are held, and the conveyance of any portion of
the premises, which Shall be so used, Shall be null, and forfeited
to the last vendor ~  In Witness Whereof, the party of
the first part, hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his
