that I have good right to sell and convey the same
to the Said B.T. Beckham, his heirs and assigns forever
as aforesaid and that I will, and my heirs Executors,
and administrators, Shall warrant and defend the same
to the said B.T. Becham, his heirs and assigns forever

     Know all men by these presents that I Thomas C. Love
of the County of Alachua, and State of Florida, for and in
consideration of the Sum of Eleven Hundred and twenty five dollars
to me in hand paid by John B. Standly of said county & 
State, at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
sold, conveyed, aliened, remised, released, and confirmed by
these presents, unto the said John B. Standly, the following
described lot of land, lying and situate in the County of 
Alachua and State of Florida, and known as lot one,
and the North half N 1/2 of lots two and three (2&3) Quarter
of Section twenty eight (28) in Township eight (8), South
of Range nineteen (19) East, containing one hundred and fifty four
acres more or less, with all the appurtenances and all the claim,
right, title, interest and demand of the said Thomas C. Love
in and to the premises, To have and to hold the same
with the appurtenances with the said John B. Standly, his heirs
and assigns forever, in fee simple, And I the Said
