State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County   }
W.M.G. Sanders have for and in consideration of the sum of
three hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Stephen Fagan
have bargained and sold unto the said Stephen Fagan all
my cattle of the following mark and Brand (vis) a Sharp in
one ear, and a Sharp and hole in the other Branded HCS, together
with all my right and privilege to the use or benefit of said
mark and Brand, To have and to hold the said cattle with
their increase, unto the said Stephen Fagan and his heirs
for ever,
