administrators do hereby covenant grant and agree to
and with the said John B. Standly, that I am now the owner
of the Said Premises, and that I am Seized of a good and
indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and that I have
full right and power to Sell and convey the same in fee
Simple, absolute; that the said premises are free and clear
of all encumbrances, that the Said John B. Standly,
and his heirs and assigns, may forever hereafter hold
occupy, posess and enjoy the same, without any suit
Molestation, trouble, or eviction by any person whatever
lawfully claiming any right therein; And that I the Said
Thomas C. Love, and all persons hereafter claiming
under me, will at any time hereafter at the request and expense
of the said John B. Standly, his heirs, and assigns, make
all such further, and other apurances for the more effectual
conveying of the said premises, with the appurtenances as
may be required by him or them, And that the said Thomas
C. Love will and my heir, Executors and Administrators
Shall warrant and forever defend the Said John B. Standly
his heirs and assigns, the right and title to the premises,
hereby granted and conveyed, against the claim of all
persons, claiming or to claim by through or under me
and against the claims of all persons whatsoever,

Love have this day set my hand and seal, this the 30th
of December A.D. 1854

Know all men by these presents that I Mary A. Love
the wife of Thomas C. Love, the grantor of the foregoing
Deed, for and in consideration of the premises in said
Deed recited, and in further consideration of the sum of
five dollars to me in hand paid by John B. Standly, at
and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents
do hereby renounce, release, relinquish, and forever quit
claim unto the Said John B. Standly, and to his heirs
and assigns all my right of Dower, in and to the premises
by said Deed conveyed, as fully and absolutely as I might
and could do the same.
